Ticket Purchasing Options

IN PERSON: Tickets may be purchased at the Texas State Tickets Office in Strahan Coliseum. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are also available at all area H.E.B. stores.

Ticket Purchasing Notes

1. Tickets can be purchased for Texas State football, volleyball, soccer, men's & women's basketball, baseball and softball. All other Texas State athletic events are free to the general public.
2. Once orders have been processed, they are placed in Will Call or, if time permits, mailed to the customer.
3. For the convenience of purchasing tickets at your neighborhood H-E-B or Charge By Phone and having tickets mailed to your home or office, a convenience charge is collected in addition to the price of each ticket.
4. Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted for all ticket purchases at the Texas State Ticket Office and Texas Box Office Outlets. Cash or Credit card is accepted at Bobcat Stadium and Strahan Coliseum. (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover)
5. Ticket sales at Bobcat Stadium and Strahan Coliseum (day of game) may now be purchased with cash or credit card!
6. Infant in arms (Age two and under) will be admitted free of charge with it being understood that the infant must sit in the parent's lap and not occupy a seat
7. Fans are not allowed on the playing surface at anytime unless involved in a promotional activity approved by the Texas State Athletic Department (includes pre-game and post-game)
8. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges for tickets that have been purchased will not be issued. Ticket holders assume all responsibility in case of accident or property loss.

Convenience charges apply when a purchase is made via the Texas State Athletic Ticket Office including: Charge-By-Phone, Central Texas H.E.B. outlets and TexasBoxOffice.com.

Game Day Information
Football & Baseball: Tickets and Will Call will be available beginning 1 ½ hours before the start of the game. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the ticket windows. Volleyball , Softball, Men's and Women's Basketball: Tickets and Will Call will be available beginning 1 hour before the start of the game. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the ticket windows. Soccer: Tickets will go on sale beginning 1 hour before the start of the game. Cash only. Credit card are not accepted.

Doors
The doors for Football & Baseball will open 1 ½ hours before the start of the game. The doors for Soccer, Volleyball, Softball, Men's and Women's Basketball will open 1 hour before the start of the game.

Parking
Parking lots open 3 hours prior to the start of all Texas State athletic ticketed event. Parking is available in designated lots for each athletic venue. Patrons must abide by university parking regulations. For parking maps of each individual Bobcat athletic venue click here.

Will Call
Will Call for all ticketed Bobcat athletic events is available before the start of the game.

Bobcat Stadium (General Admission Will Call, Visitors' Will Call) - Gate 3
Strahan Coliseum - Northeast Ticket Booth
