The Bobcat football team, ranked as high as 13th in some FCS polls start the 2010 season against the Houston Cougars from C-USA. Following the game at Houston, Texas State plays three straight home games against Southern Arkansas on September 11, Cal Poly on September 18 and Southern Utah on September 25. Traditions Spotlight
Located outside of the End Zone Complex at Bobcat Stadium and dedicated in 2006, the Bill Miller Bobcat Victory ball sits on a marble base outside the main entrance of the endzone complex at Bobcat Stadium. All persons entering the complex are encouraged to rub the ball for luck.

Facilities Spotlight
The Jerry D. and Linda Gregg Fields Bobcat Stadium West Side Complex is the first of many improvements that will take place at Bobcat Stadium. The new state-of-the-art structure includes 15 luxury Legacy suites and a Champions Club Level with 450 open-air seats adjacent to a lounge giving fans premium comfort as they watch the Bobcats.
