Kiki Kruse won both of her matches in singles competition as the Bobcats wrapped up the fall season by hosting the Texas State Play Day on Saturday, Oct. 31.

Kruse dropped only three sets on the day, as she won 6-0, 6-1 over Southeastern Louisiana's Heather Brien in the first round, and 6-2, 6-0 against UTSA's Nicci Yvanovich in the second round.

The team as a whole played well as Mariana Perez, Nyssa Peele, and Gabriela Rojas also won in both rounds of competition on the day.

The combination of Kruse and Perez also won a doubles match against UT-Arlington by a score of 8-2.

Overall, the Bobcats won 10 singles matches while only dropping two.
