The Bobcat men's basketball team is headed to Katy, TX to take on the rest of the Southland Conference at the Merrell Center in the 2010 SLC Basketball Tournament. The Jerry D. and Linda Gregg Fields Bobcat Stadium West Side Complex is the first of many improvements that will take place at Bobcat Stadium. The new state-of-the-art structure includes 15 luxury Legacy suites and a Champions Club Level with 450 open-air seats adjacent to a lounge giving fans premium comfort as they watch the Bobcats.

Conner Releases 2010 Signing Class for Texas State Soccer

SAN MARCOS - Head soccer coach Kat Conner announced the signing of six National Letters of Intent Wednesday afternoon to join the Texas State soccer team for the 2010 season. The Texas State soccer program is coming off back-to-back Southland Conference championship seasons and Conner is excited to see the new class contribute to the team's success. "I am very excited about this group of signees," said Conner. "This group has the right mentality and work ethic that we look for as a staff to play at Texas State." Conner adds goalkeeper Natalie Gardini (Austin, Texas), midfielders Kelsie Townsend (Austin, Texas), Natasha Helmick (Frisco, Texas) and Ashley Jackson (Plano, Texas), along with forwards Felicia Leak (Calgary, Canada) and Gabbi Cottee (Austin, Texas). "I have no doubt that these young ladies will bring passion, dedication and commitment to the Texas State Athletic program.
