1. How can I get a suite for multiple events or the entire year?
For information regarding suite packages contact Texas State Athletics External Operations Office at (512) 245-2114 or tcomer@txstate.edu.
2. When do we have access to our suite?
You may enter your suite at the time the doors open for each specific event. For Texas State football games, the doors open 1 ½ hours before kick-off. For Texas State baseball and softball games doors will open 2 hour before scheduled game time.
3. How long following our event can we stay in the suite?
For our baseball and softball suite holders, you may stay in your suite up to 45 minutes after your event concludes. Times are still be determined for our new Bobcat Stadium suites.
4. As a suite or club level seat holder, what access will I have to other hospitality areas?
Suite ticket holders do have access to the club level of Bobcat Stadium, and Platinum Club seat members will receive tickets to the Sac N Pac room.
5. Are payment plans an option for suites and club seats?
Yes, payment plans can be arranged for our suite and club level patrons. Please contact a member of our Texas State Athletics External staff to hear about our payment plan options.
6. How are my club level seats and suite locations determined?
Texas State Athletics will work directly with each order to ensure that you are pleased with your seat and suite location. However, our priority points system will be used if necessary when seating our club level area. Suite locations will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
