2004: Really came on and played well the second half of the season ... as a sophomore started the Southland Conference opener against Stephen F. Austin ... went on to start every Southland Conference game ... played for an offense which averaged 190.5 yards rushing and 343.2 yards of total offense.
Judson High School: Member of Judson's 2002 state championship team ... prep squad posted a 14-1 record ... was named to the Associated Press All-State Team ... also named First-Team All-San Antonio as well as selected all-district ... played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in 2003, playing for the West squad ... also a track standout ... was a state champion in the discus ... also the district and regional champion ... broke the San Antonio city record as well as school mark with a throw of 195-feet, 8-inches.
