When it came to Texas State's offensive line, was the Bobcats' iron man ... did not miss a start the last three years ... one of the top five players on the squad who ended his career as a four-year letter winner ... played under three different head coaches but helped turned a program which was in turmoil early in his career into a winner ... led Texas State to the program's first appearance in the Division I-AA playoffs and a share of the Southland Conference championship ... as athletic as anyone on the team who runs and moves extremely well ... an outstanding team leader who played on both the left and right sides of the football.

2005: Named Second-Team All-America by Don Hansen's Football Gazette ... also selected to the publication's NCAA I-AA Southwest All-Region team ... a First-Team All-Southland Conference selection as a senior ... blocked for the league's Player of the Year ... part of a team which win 11-3 and advanced to the NCAA Division I-AA national semifinals ... after being moved from right tackle to left tackle as a junior, started all 14 games at right tackle in 2005 ... led an offensive front which blocked for an offense which ranked 11th in Division I-AA ... the Bobcats averaged 439.07 yards per game during an 11-3 season ... team ranked 15th in rushing yards, averaging 228.43 yards per game ... `Cats also averaged 210.64 yards through the air ... squad's 37 points per game ranked eighth nationally ... did not give up a quarterback sack during the year.
2004: Started all 11 games and because of injuries had to make a move from one side of the football to the other ... started the first seven games at right tackle ... moved to left tackle and started there the final four games of the season ... named Second-Team All-Southland Conference after garnering the same preseason honor ... prior to the injuries that plagued the offensive unit, was part of a line which blocked out front for an offense which was averaging almost 250 yards rushing and better than 30 points an outing ... squad ended the season averaging 190.5 yards rushing to rank 28th nationally as well as 343.2 yards of total offense.
2003: Was a starter on the Bobcat offensive line at both tackle positions during his sophomore season ... helped the `Cats lead the Southland and rank eighth nationally in total offense, while posting solid grades on the coaching charts ... also helped the team that led the SLC and ranked 11th in the nation in passing offense.
2002: Was among the more productive performers on the offensive line ... second on the team in knock-out blocks and third in knock-downs ... red-shirted the first year in the program in 2001.
Canyon High School: Earned three letters at Canyon High School in New Braunfels, including the last under current Texas State assistant head coach Brad Wright ... was a First-Team All-District 27-4A selection as a senior at Canyon ... also an all-district selection on Canyon's basketball team.
Personal: Born Dec. 20, 1982 in San Antonio ... son of James and Angela Keresztury ... exercise and sports science major as well as minoring in history.
