Women's XC Ready for Regionals

SAN MARCOS, Texas- The Texas State women's cross country team will be competing at the NCAA Cross Country South Central Regionals tomorrow at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course in Waco, Texas. Race time for the 5k is set for 10 a.m. The Bobcats will have seven ladies representing the maroon and gold tomorrow. Leading the way will be senior Tenley Determan. Tenley was the top Bobcat finisher at the Southland Conference Championships two weekends ago. The senior distance runner clocked a time of 22:10, while earning SLC all-conference honors. Also earning conference honors was Heather Bullin. Buliin took fifth at SLC's in a time of 22:23. Joining Determan and Bullin in tomorrow's race will be Amanda McKinney, Kelly Butler, Stephanie Armstrong, Samantha Evola and Amy Keefauver.
