2004: Three-time All-America as a junior ... placed seventh at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in both the long jump (25-07.25) and the triple jump (53-01) ... placed 10th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the triple jump (51-00.25) to earn All-America honors ... was named the Outstanding Field Performer at the SLC Indoor Championships after winning both the long jump (24-04.50) and the triple jump (51-11.75) ... selected the Athlete of the Year and the Outstanding Field Performer at the SLC Outdoor Championships after winning both events ... sailed to a school-record 54-02 in winning the triple jump and went 25-00.50 to win the long jump ... second best indoor triple jump mark in school history of 53-02.25 came at Texas Tech ... also matched a personal best in the long jump of 25-03.50 at same meet ... finished second at the NCAA Midwest Regional Meet in the triple jump (53-11.75) and was third in the long jump (25-07.25).

2002: Took first in the long jump at the SLC Indoors with a distance of 24-11 and was runner-up in the triple jump (49-8.25) ... finished first in the long jump (23-11.5) and the triple jump (48-8.75) in indoor competition at the J.D. Martin Invitational ... also won the long jump and triple jump at indoors during the Leonard Hilton Invitational ... finished first at Missouri with a 24-4.5 long jump ... finished sixth in the triple jump (37-3) at UTSA Relays.
2001: Was an NCAA qualifier in the long jump after finishing second (26-1) at El Paso Invitational ... also won the Leonard Hilton Memorial (24-5.5) and SLC Indoor Championships (24-0.75).
High School: Finished seventh in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump at the state championships...ranked among the top ten in the nation in the long jump with a best of 24-5.50 ... named 2000 Outstanding Performer and High Point Man at Ball High School ... competed in the long jump, triple jump, high jump, 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays ... also lettered in football twice.
