The Bobcat Baseball team is off to another great start in 2010 with major sweeps over the likes of Houston and Penn State. The Bobcats still have premium home games versus Texas A&M, Baylor, TCU and the rest of the Southland Conference.

The Jerry D. and Linda Gregg Fields Bobcat Stadium West Side Complex is the first of many improvements that will take place at Bobcat Stadium. The new state-of-the-art structure includes 15 luxury Legacy suites and a Champions Club Level with 450 open-air seats adjacent to a lounge giving fans premium comfort as they watch the Bobcats.

2005: Tied for fifth place at the SLC Indoor Championships in the pole vault (10-11.75) ... tied for 11th place in the vault (10-11.75) at the Rice Bayou Classic ... finished third (10-06) in the vault at the Michael Johnson Classic ... tied for seventh place (10-11.75) in the vault at the Rice Twilight ... finished 10th (10-11.75) at the SLC Outdoor Championships in the vault.
High School: Lettered four years in track and cross country ... coached by Kevin Pope ... won district championship in 500m hurdles her junior year ... personal bests include 100m dash (12.5 seconds), long jump (17'1"), pole vault (11'0"), 300m hurdles (46.43 seconds), two miles (12:25) ... member of three-time District 30-4A Champion cross country team ... won track district championship her senior year.
Personal: Madyson Claire Stubbs was born Aug. 26, 1986, in Victoria, Texas ... parents are Ronald, a control room operator at Citgo, and Cathy, the director of education at Sylvan Learning Center ... has two sisters, Kirsten (17) and Alexandra (7) ... mom, three aunts, two uncles and one cousin attended Texas State ... majoring in technical theater.
