The Bobcat Baseball team is off to another great start in 2010 with major sweeps over the likes of Houston and Penn State. The Bobcats still have premium home games versus Texas A&M, Baylor, TCU and the rest of the Southland Conference.

Facilities Spotlight
The Jerry D. and Linda Gregg Fields Bobcat Stadium West Side Complex is the first of many improvements that will take place at Bobcat Stadium. The new state-of-the-art structure includes 15 luxury Legacy suites and a Champions Club Level with 450 open-air seats adjacent to a lounge giving fans premium comfort as they watch the Bobcats.

2009: Took fifth place at the UH Invitational in the heptathlon, scoring 4,405 points...competed at the SLC Indoor Invitational placed ninth in the heptathlon with 4,564 points...had a season-best 1.96 meters in the high jump and 3.40 meters in the pole vault...took fifth in the decathlon at the ASU Noble Relays with a point total of 6,088...season-best leap of 7.01 in the long jump at the Dr. Pepper Invitational to take second...at the SLC outdoor Championships placed 11th with a point tally of 6,071...finished in the Top 5 of the long jump, high jump and discus throw.
2008: Placed fourth in the high jump at the Texas Invitational with a time of 2:00m (6-06.75) and eighth in the long jump with 6.29m (20-07.75)...At the SLC Outdoor Championships had a height of 1.95m (6-04.75) in the high jump.
High School: Lettered three years at Liberty High School ... Finished second at regional contest in the high jump ... Two-time district champion under coach Geddes.
Personal: Son of Richard and Rebecca Marvin... Has one sister, Bethany...Studying athletic training.
