The Bobcat Baseball team is off to another great start in 2010 with major sweeps over the likes of Houston and Penn State. The Bobcats still have premium home games versus Texas A&M, Baylor, TCU and the rest of the Southland Conference.

The Jerry D. and Linda Gregg Fields Bobcat Stadium West Side Complex is the first of many improvements that will take place at Bobcat Stadium. The new state-of-the-art structure includes 15 luxury Legacy suites and a Champions Club Level with 450 open-air seats adjacent to a lounge giving fans premium comfort as they watch the Bobcats.

2004: Scored for Texas State at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a sixth place effort in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:04.14 ... finished third in the 400 hurdles at Baylor's Michael Johnson Classic in 1:04.30 ... took fifth at Rice Bayou Classic in the intermediate hurdles (1:04.48).
2003: Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (64.07) at the Michael Johnson Invitational ... had a third place finish in the 400 hurdles (1:02.48) at the SLC Outdoor Championships.
2002: Ran the 400 meters at the Leonard Hilton Indoor Meet, finishing 14th with a time of 1:06.12 ... finished fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:02.85) at the SLC Outdoor Championships.
2001: Saw limited competition as a freshman for the Bobcats.
High School: Lettered in track for four years at Lamar Consolidated High School ... holds the school record in the 300 meter hurdles (43.4) ... was a four-time district champ in the 300 meter hurdles and finished fourth in the state as a senior... also lettered four seasons in basketball and was a first-team all-district selection.
Personal: Born June 28, 1982, in Claremont, Calif. ... daughter of Teresa and Alexander Holmes ... majoring in exercise and sports science.
