2004: Conference champion after running third leg on the 4x400 meter relay team (3:45.14) that won at SLC Outdoor Meet ... also earned outdoor all-conference honors with a third-place effort in the 800 meters (2:15.72) ... ran third leg on indoor 4x400 meter relay team that set school record in 3:45.90 at Texas Tech Invitational ... placed fifth in the 800 at the Baylor Michael Johnson Classic in 2:17.34 ... 800 meter time of 2:17.80 was good enough for ninth at Texas A&M Invitational.
2003: Member of the Indoor and Outdoor SLC Championship 4x400m relay team ... ran on the school record 4x100 meter relay team that finished fourth at the NCAA Regional Championships ... finished third in the 60 meters at the SLC Indoor Championship with a personal best time of 6.68 ... second in the 800 meter run (2:19.61) at the Red Raider Track Classic ... was fourth in the 800 meter run (2:16.09) at the Rice Twilight Meet.
High School: Lettered four years in track at New Boston High ... was named Track MVP four years in a row ... won the Class 3A State Championship in the 800 meters as a sophomore and junior, after finishing third as a freshman.
