Did not compete during the 2006 season but returns for the 2007 season as a fifth-year senior.
2005: Ran the 400 meter indoors at the UH Leonard Hilton Memorial finishing with a time of (1:03.84). Competed in 400 meter hurdles at outdoor SLC championships finishing 16th.
2004: Just missed scoring at the conference outdoor meet with a ninth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.85) ... placed seventh in the 400 hurdles at the Baylor Michael Johnson Classic (1:06.45) ... also finished seventh at Rice University Bayou Classic in 1:08.39.
2003: Came in fifth at the TAMU Invitational in the 400 meter hurdles ... at the SLC Outdoor Championships, finished seventh in the 400 hurdles (1:04.42).
High School: Lettered under Coach Claude Mathis, a Southland Conference Player of the Year during his football playing days at Texas State ... was named the team's most valuable athlete in 2002 ... also on the varsity cheerleading squad.
Personal: Born Feb. 12, 1985, in Moscow, Russia ... daughter of Galina Bukharina and Igor Bokeria ... has two siblings: Katya (30), a Texas State graduate, and Deya (23) ... majoring in mass communication.
